1. My service area for pet visits includes homes within 3 miles of the intersection of I-205 & SR-500. For overnight stays my service area is homes within 7 miles.
2. Call to schedule a free pre-visit consultation and to reserve your visit dates.
3. At the consultation please provide all details about your pets so that I can ensure they are as comfortable as possible while you are away.
4. Please have a house key ready at the consultation. Some clients use a permanently attached combination lockbox for secure key access. For the security of your home and pets, and my own safety, I do not pick up or leave keys hidden outside. In case of power outage, a garage opener/keypad combination alone will not suffice. Please test your key with the door closed.
5. Minimum visits are once a day for cats and outdoor dogs. Three times a day for indoor dogs. Overnights for indoor dogs require a mid-day visit as well.
6. I will provide a veterinary release form for you to fill out. If you have pets with on-going medical issues, or will be out of phone contact, a credit card on file with your veterinarian is required.
7. Payment is due at your first visit. After your consultation I will email you a visit confirmation which is also your invoice. Please review the visit schedule to make sure it is accurate.
8. Return notice is required as soon as possible or at least an hour before your pet's next visit time. If I have not heard from you, I will continue visits.
9. References are gladly provided.
